- Weights
(60 second time limit)
• 4 throwing style sandbags.• Athletes start behind a line.
• Time is when the bag touches the ground after a successful throw over the bar.
• Equipment Allowed: Sleeves, Wraps, Belts, Gloves, Athletic Tape, Chalk, Briefs, Compression Shorts.
• Equipment Not Allowed: Tacky, Spray Adhesives, Tack Towel.

• Clean and press each rep. Not press away.• No lift will count unless a down signal is received from the judge.
• Elbows, knees and hips must be locked out and stable to receive a down call.
• Head must be through on the press to receive a down call.
• Equipment Allowed: Sleeves, Wraps, Belts, Gloves, Athletic Tape, Chalk, Briefs, Compression Shorts.
• Equipment Not Allowed: Tacky, Spray Adhesives, Tack Towel.

• 4 bars with rising weight.• Split times will be taken after each successful lift.
• Equipment Allowed: Straps, Sleeves, Wraps, Belts, Gloves, Athletic Tape, Chalk, Briefs, Compression Shorts, Powerlifting Suit.
• Equipment Not Allowed: Tacky, Spray Adhesives, Tack Towel.
• Sumo deadlifts will not be allowed. The athlete’s hands must be outside of their legs for a lift to count.
• No lift will count unless a down signal is received from the judge.
• Knees and hips must be locked out and stable to receive a down call.

Keg Load Over Bar
- Event Details
- Weights
(60 second time limit)
• Event begins with keg standing vertically on floor in front of bar and both of the athletes hands on the bar.• Athlete is to pick up the keg and load the keg over the bar for as many repetitions as possible in 60 seconds.
• Equipment Allowed: Sleeves, Wraps, Belts, Gloves, Athletic Tape, Chalk, Briefs, Compression Shorts.
• Equipment Not Allowed: Tacky, Spray Adhesives, Tack Towel.
• Reps will be counted when the keg hits the floor after successfully being lifted over the bar.
• Split times will not be taken. Ties are possible.
