Log Clean & Press for Max
(3 attempts - 60 seconds per attempt)
12" log for men. 10" log for women.Not allowed to rest the log on the belt during the clean.
Log must be controlled down. No dropping allowed.
Axle 18" Deadlift for Max
(3 attempts - 60 seconds per attempt)
Straps allowed.
Deadlift suits allowed.
18" height.
No sumo stance.
