This is the start of my first real week of training for my next contest.

Conditioning
4 rounds of 60sec row, 45sec plank
Then 500m row for time.

Everything felt heavy and slow until my down sets. Leg drive was non-existent. Also my weight has dropped almost 15lbs in a little over a week. I’m hoping it was mostly from dehydration. I also strained a pec or popped some scar tissue in my left pec on dips. Pain is minimal and ROM hasn’t changed so not really sure what”s going on there.
