Training has officially begun for our next competition in April. Eventhough I did a competition Saturday, I still needed to get right into this training cycle. Since max log is one of the events, I also need to know where my strength is right now, since I haven’t done a log over 330 in over a year. So training was pretty simple today.

Having competed two days prior, I didn’t feel alot of extra work was needed. Plus my back and triceps were sore going into the training. I feel pretty good about log right now. Only a couple problems stand out right now with my press.
