Squats and Conditioning- 11/1/2015

IMG_4582Every Sunday is Squating Sunday!  I do front squats, back squats, then finish up with conditioning.  Everything in my training has been going really well lately and I am feeling ready for my strongman competition November 14th.

Front Squat
110lbs x3
124lbs x3
145lbs x3

Squats 3×8 @160lbs

EMOM (every minute on the minute) 8 minutes
1 Hang Clean
1 Clean

AMRAP (as many rounds as possible)
3 Ring Dips
5 Ring Rows
20 KB Swings
